2000 Marvel Scuba Spider-Man - flippers, vest, and accessories - 27cm - RARE

2000 Marvel Spider-Man 27cm action figure. I can find very little on the net about this variant. He has a yellow and blue colour scheme, and comes with removable fluoro flippers and vest. He also comes with another floating pipe buoy thing? I honestly don't know, and Google Image Search isn't helping in the slightest :) I can find two others out there but they don't have all these accessories, so who knows...

In good, played-with condition.
